Terms governing the use of Followiamo.com and related domains or subdomains.

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Followiamo.com, related domains, subdomains, and services. Please read them carefully before placing an order or creating an account.
2. Legal Agreement
By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. References to “Followiamo”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Ozon International LLP, the company operating the Followiamo service.
Our services are promotional social media growth services. Followiamo is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, Telegram, X, or any other social platform.
3. Account Managers and Providers
Services may be fulfilled through internal systems, third-party providers, subcontractors, or account managers acting on behalf of Followiamo. Data may be processed by these parties only as needed to provide, improve, or support the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Followiamo. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data, please contact us immediately.
4. Payments
Payments may be made as one-time purchases or, where offered, subscriptions. By placing an order, you authorize the selected payment method and agree to the price shown at checkout.
Fraudulent disputes, chargebacks, or unauthorized payment activity may result in immediate suspension of service and recovery of unpaid amounts or damages where permitted by law.
5. Service Delivery
You are responsible for providing accurate public profile, post, video, or channel information. We do not request your social media password and you should never provide it.
Delivery times vary by service, queue, platform, and availability. After placing an order, you agree to allow up to 90 days before requesting a refund for delayed delivery, unless a specific service description states otherwise. If no part of your order has been delivered at all, you may request a refund once 14 days have passed since payment. Once delivery has started, even partially, the warranty/refill terms below apply rather than a refund.
Labels such as “real”, “high quality”, “no drop”, or similar describe our service quality targets and do not guarantee human interaction, unique ownership of profiles, or platform-side behavior.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are reviewed case by case. Once an order has been paid and submitted for processing, refunds are not guaranteed unless an internal error occurred and delivery has not started.
If incorrect information causes delivery to the wrong profile or content, refunds will not be issued. At our discretion, a one-time correction may be offered depending on order status and service type.
Once delivery has started, orders cannot usually be paused or cancelled.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Our services are digital services that are performed immediately after the order is placed.
At checkout you are asked to expressly and actively request that performance of the service begins immediately, before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. By giving this consent and acknowledging it, you accept that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (Article 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Article 59(a) of the Italian Consumer Code).
If you withdraw while the service has only been performed in part, you remain entitled to withdraw but must pay an amount proportionate to the part of the service already supplied up to the moment of withdrawal (Article 57(3) of the Italian Consumer Code). The amount due is calculated on the basis of the total contract price.
Drops occurring within an applicable warranty or refill period are handled through replenishment as a commercial guarantee, separately from the right of withdrawal. If, for reasons attributable to us, we do not deliver any part of your order within 14 days of payment, you are entitled to a refund, which is processed manually by our support team.

8. Warranty and Refills
Some services include a time-limited refill or warranty period, such as 7, 14, 30, or 90 days. The applicable warranty, if any, is shown in the service description.
Warranty coverage is void if the original link cannot be verified, the username changes, counters are hidden, content is archived or deleted, the profile becomes private, or platform rules change in a way that prevents verification.
9. Limitation of Liability
Followiamo acts as an intermediary between customers and external service infrastructure or providers. We are not responsible for platform actions, account restrictions, deleted posts, hidden counters, algorithm changes, or third-party content.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with the rules of the platforms you use and with applicable law.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including infrastructure failures, platform outages, war, natural disasters, legal restrictions, or provider disruptions.
11. Changes to Services and Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services, features, prices, or these Terms at any time. Continued use of Followiamo after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws and jurisdiction of the United Kingdom, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
